Warranty Covers

• UK mainland only

• Normal Working Hours 8.30am-5.00pm Monday - Friday (exc Bank Holidays)

• All original electromechanical parts are covered

Warranty does NOT cover

​

• Stock or Consequential Losses are not covered

• Consumable components are NOT covered (gaskets, Lights)

Warranty Exceptions 

​

• Warranty is NOT transferable

• General misuse, abuse, site issues and cabinet location

• General cleaning and maintenance (condenser, drains etc)

• Damage caused by movement within premises or relocation

• Blocked drains

• Defective power source or use of extension sockets/Incorrect power source

• Repair by an unauthorised party

Regular maintenance in accordance with the manufacturer’s specification must be adhered to.
